Wed Eve

The pork cutlets were OUTSTANDING!! I did something a little different this time - flour, egg then homemade breadcrumbs. A quick saute until golden and then finished in the oven - topped with a little caramelized onion and some strips of roasted red pepper and then a slice of provolone cheese and broiled until melted..... WONDERFUL!!!
