Monday Morn

Dinner last night was awesome! The steak was grilled and very tasty, the scalloped potatoes were great and, instead of a green vegetable, I bought a bunch of orange ones - carrots, which I par boiled and then candied....Mmmm.

Falling temps and snow on the way for the entire week - luckily the freezer has plenty to eat so perhaps just one quick trip to the market to pick up a couple of odds and ends will take me until the weekend.
