Sunday, May 9th

OTTO'S Chicken

I am absolutely S W O O N I N G over my roast chicken. I could lie and say that it was my exquisite cooking technique but it had EVERYTHING to do with the quality of the bird itself. I cooked it as in the past in my oven a la 'beer can chicken'.

More to come later - meanwhile I shall sit and S W O O N!
