Tuesday Afternoon

I've been living off of leftovers for the last few days. Today I went to the market and was thinking of a steak but there was a SALE on short ribs!!!

I sauteed carrots, onions, garlic and celery..... added the short ribs and browned them........... then deglazed with red wine, reduced that and added chicken stock and beef stock and all the veggies.

Put the whole mix into the oven @ 325......... the smell is AWESOME!!!!.........
